Letter frequency character counter and analysis

This free online tool allows you to easily count how often each letter or character appears in your text. It works right in your browser, meaning there's nothing to download and no data is uploaded or stored.

This is useful if you wish to analyse letter frequency in a piece of text, explore patterns, perform character frequency analysis for cryptography, or take the first step in creating a Huffman binary tree used in data compression.
